The co-able rooms offer small businesses the chance to flourish their brand with an array of welcoming and modern rooms. Whether you’re a massage therapist, dietician or NDIS support, we have space for you.
Ranging from 16m² to 26m², our rooms are designed for teams of one to three people. Enjoy access to the co-able boardroom for formal meetings as well as chilling out for some lunch in The Noshery.
This space, located in the heart of the co-able building is open for use!
Boasting natural light, this beautiful space is perfect for meetings and catch ups for our co-able tenants. Not to mention it is easily accessible.
The hub of co-able, the Noshery, is our much-loved shared kitchen, cafe and dining area.
The open plan kitchen has a coffee machine on a lowered bench for ease of access and cut-outs in the kitchen to wheel under.
The large communal dining table also has leg clearance for most wheelchair user.
CCTV is fitted throughout for tenant and visitor safety and all leasable spaces are climate controlled.
The building is fitted with digital FOB access swipes and each of the suites has a digital video intercom installed to let your visitors into the building.
